By clicking on the 'i" button in the upper right corner, you can view the info card for your instrument. The original name of the instrument is still present, along with the rename. The info card will tell you the classification, common use, how many times you have seen the instrument, and how many times you have identified it correctly or incorrectly in a quiz.
